We have a variety of communication systems around our school to help our parents and community feel well informed and to also share the many successes and events that our children have throughout the year. If at any time you require additional information or clarification, please contact your class teacher or our school office team.
Please note: It is important that parents/caregivers keep their contact details up to date with the office so we can easily contact you. This is particularly important in any case of an emergency involving your child where your assistance is needed urgently.

School Newsletter and Notices
Our school newsletter is published every fortnight on a Thursday starting with the first week of each term. It celebrates our children’s successes within the last two weeks as well as providing important information for parents and wider whānau about upcoming events. These newsletters will come out digitally via Hero and on Skool Loop.
Website
Our school website can be accessed through any internet browser. Here you will find information about our school, current events, newsletters etc.
Our school has a Facebook page that parents/caregivers, wider whānau and our community can easily join through your own Facebook accounts or see the Facebook feed on our website. Our Facebook is designed primarily to share the successes and events around our school and any last minute changes to events.
Class or Team Newsletters and Notices – These will all come out via HERO
At the start of each term, teachers and/or team will send out additional newsletters to keep parents/caregivers informed of what is happening during the term.
